I have a fantasy for this picture, who wants to can use my fantasies, like this:
Since childhood, she loves: to eat, sweets and to make her stomach plumper and stuffed. The guy liked her, but she came only because of the promised treats, and he ordered a huge cake and hid a ring in it as a gift. ( The box from it lies on the table next to the stomach). She was delighted and literally swallowed the cake in one gulp. He took out the box, told her what she had swallowed. She said she seemed to feel something in her throat. He asked her to open her mouth wider and began to shine a mobile phone down her throat. He saw something flash in the depths and dropped the mobile phone there, mechanically, by instinct, tried to catch it with both hands. She swallowed a couple of times reflexively and now he is looking for a ring in her stomach and she is euphoric from such a stretch of the stomach. Sometimes he asks: Did you find it? But he no longer hears the answers, only the gurgle of food and sometimes the mobile phone rings.
